2.0           TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS AND CERTIFICATION MARKS

The trademarks, service marks and certification marks on the Website (the "Marks") are the sole and exclusive property of ANCB or its licensors.  You do not obtain any rights to use the Marks in any manner or for any purpose by virtue of your use of the Website.  Please be aware that use of ANCB's certification marks (CTN, CNW, CERTIFIED TRADITIONAL NATUROPATH, and CERTIFIED IN NUTRITIONAL WELLNESS) is specifically reserved for those individuals who have met and continue to comply with our certification requirements.  If you are interested in becoming certified by ANCB, please visit the certification requirements section of our Website.

ANCB is dedicated to protecting your privacy.  This privacy policy applies solely to the ANCB Website.  Once you enter another website, via a link provided on the Website or by other methods, ANCB is no longer responsible for the privacy practices of the linked site.  You should review the privacy statements of those websites as posted on the individual sites. 

Information Collected

ANCB reserves the right to monitor usage of the ANCB Website; however, ANCB assumes no obligation to conduct such monitoring.  No personally identifiable information is tracked or collected for non-ANCB Members unless you voluntarily provide such information to ANCB via web forms or surveys on the ANCB Website.  Any personally identifiable information governed by this policy and received by ANCB is used solely for internal ANCB purposes and is not shared with any nonaffiliated organizations.  ANCB does not sell or otherwise distribute names or other personally identifiable information to third parties for direct marketing, sales or any other purposes.
