Download the Application One application can be used for either the Traditional Naturopathy or the Nutritional Wellness certification exam. The application is in *.pdf format, which allows you to print and view the form from your browser in a fixed format. To view the file you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Installation of this plugin is a simple process and is carefully outlined on Adobe’s installation page.
Once you have installed the plug-in, click on the Application link below: Mail the completed application, include a recent passport equivalent photo, with the application fee of $595 to: American Naturopathic Certification Board |
