Jim Campbell, Advisor on Ethics & Organizational Issues As ANCB has grown, we've implemented new organizational policies to ensure that our certification standards represent the highest level of professionalism. Examples include our policies on certification renewals and continuing education. Likewise, our Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct policies establish an ethical "high water mark" for the naturopathic movement. Jim's naturopathic practice is founded on a varied background of psychology, fine arts, and business. He brings this diverse skill set to help guide ANCB's further development and promote the integrity of our profession. |

Susie Hale, Advisor on Educational Standards As more and more people turn to naturopathic and nutritional wellness services, the demand for trained professionals grows. In response, many new schools have formed in the past few years, while established colleges have added programs in natural health. ANCB evaluates new academic programs to determine whether graduates qualify to sit for our certification exams. In addition, ANCB evaluates the quality of Continuing Education programs to assess their suitability in fulfilling our requirements for practitioner Continuing Ed. With a strong background in both natural healing modalities and educational instutitions, Susie brings a wealth of experience to ANCB's team. |

| Peter McCarthy, Advisor on Legislative Affairs
We must be vigilant and stand together to secure both the public's freedom to choose traditional health and wellness services, and our rights to provide these services. As a naturopath who's emerged as a leader in an effective grassroots organization, Peter represents the cutting edge of our efforts to engage in the political process. His experience and savvy will help ANCB play a supporting role in legislative issues from coast to coast. |

| Shirley Yan Yan NG, Advisor on International Issues
The wisdom of traditional healing evolved from all corners of the globe, while western appreciation of traditional methods is a relatively recent phenomenon. Nonetheless, the international demand for professional recognition through ANCB Certification is substantial, and growing. To meet this demand, ANCB will begin an effort to offer certification in more foreign countries. Shirley's experience as a naturopath in a growing international center of activity Hong Kong make her ideally suited to help in this task. |
